1. Company Info

The Pembrokeshire Chocolate Co. is a trading name of Griffiths Francis Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order, which is confirmed once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on our website.

We take care to ensure all pricing is accurate, however we reserve the right to correct errors where necessary.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of purchase. During busy periods, including seasonal peaks such as Easter and Christmas, dispatch times may be longer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside of our control, though we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.

Please ensure that delivery details are correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Perishable Goods

Our products are perishable food items and should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We cannot guarantee product condition if parcels are left unattended for extended periods after delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will review each case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Allergens & Ingredients

Our products may contain or be produced in environments that handle common allergens, including but not limited to milk, nuts, gluten, and soy.

Ingredient information is provided where possible, but if you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us before placing an order.

8. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible.

As our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
